Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data. Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We then work directly with our clients to attack these challenges, measuring our output along the way. We help companies attract better employees, and then work to ensure that those employees stay longer, and are happier and more productive in their roles.
Job Overview
The Associate Consultant will be responsible for general support of Holistic’s client-facing operations, as well as support of Holistic’s business development activities. The associate will work closely with the director of client services to support and engage clients, produce materials, monitor progress, and organize Holistic’s consulting services and technology delivery. The position will also entail active support of the organization’s business development efforts, including proposal preparation, follow-ups with potential clients, and updating progress in CRM system. Finally, the position will undertake operational responsibilities for the company, including operations, events, and office management. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, excited person, passionate about the work of Holistic, and focused on making an impact.
Responsibilities And Duties
Client Services (Roughly 70 percent of responsibility)
- All survey preparation and implementation efforts
- Organizing data and folders within the team system
- Scheduling all meetings, check-ins, etc.
- Maintaining project plans and monitoring progress across clients
- Processing and preparing all client reports and general meeting preparation
- Additional client support as needed
Operational work (Roughly 30 percent of responsibility)
- Preparation of any and all materials needed for meetings, especially with prospective clients
- Scheduling on behalf of the team
- Handling event setup and other logistics associated with events
- Office management responsibilities
- Staff meeting agenda and setup
- Receiving expenses from teammates, etc.
- Organizing timing for data analysts and interns
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a client services or consulting capacity
- Familiarity with Google suite and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Attention to detail, commitment to producing clean, timely work, and strong organizational skills.
- Optimistic and positive attitude; willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
- Commitment to the mission of Holistic and a desire to help build a world-class People Analytics Organization.

Compensation
We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The target base pay range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. This range represents Holistic’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range; however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skills, and competencies.
