Associate Consultant – US Construction Market

Location: London Bridge (Office-based)
Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: £30,000 base + commission from day one (OTE £45–50k Year 1)
Start Date: ASAP

Centurion Selection is a fast-growing executive search firm specialising in the U.S. construction market, with offices in London, Houston, and Tampa. Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our London team and are looking for seasoned professionals to join us.

This is not an entry-level or graduate role. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of professional, office-based experience, ideally within sales, recruitment, or other commercial client-facing roles. You’ll be working alongside senior consultants and directors, with structured training, hands-on mentorship, and clear promotion pathways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning your desk within a high-demand US niche market
  • Starting with delivery and progressing to the full recruitment lifecycle during the structured 12-week training period
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: client development through to candidate placement
  • Building long-term relationships with senior professionals across the US construction sector
  • Negotiating terms, closing deals, and developing your market strategically
  • Working collaboratively within a driven, performance-focused team to consistently exceed targets

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in an office-based environment
  • Background in recruitment, sales, account management, or client-facing commercial roles
  • Sales experience is highly valued, provided it was within a professional office setting
  • Strong commercial awareness and confident, mature communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Proven ability to manage outbound calls and develop new business relationships
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
