Associate
We are looking for people with a strong understanding of equity and social justice issues who can engage, inspire and influence a wide range of audiences. Experience of delivering training and consultancy is valuable, but most important is your ability to connect with people and support transformational change.
As we grow our Associate network, we are particularly interested in people who:
- Have expertise in anti-racism and community cohesion.
- Are skilled in gathering and using data to improve equity outcomes.
- Are based in North or West Wales.
- Have Welsh language skills.
- Bring personal or lived experience of inequality.
We believe lasting change is about more than policies and procedures. It comes from learning, reflection and meaningful conversations that challenge assumptions, broaden perspectives and change hearts and minds.
