Corporate Associate – 2–4 PQE (M&A Focus)

The Role

You will join the firm’s well-regarded corporate team, working on a broad range of transactional matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The position offers immediate responsibility on high-quality deals, client contact, and opportunities for development within a supportive and collaborative structure. Exposure includes corporate finance, restructurings, and joint ventures.
