About the Firm

A well-established and highly respected London firm known for providing full-service corporate and commercial advice to an entrepreneurial client base. The Role

You will join a leading corporate team advising on high-quality domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and growth capital transactions. The role offers close partner exposure, meaningful responsibility from the outset, and the chance to work with fast-growing businesses and investors in a collegiate, high-performing environment.
