Role: Associate Creative Director

Term: 3 months
Full Time
Location: London - 2/3 days on site

We are looking for a hands-on, design-led Associate Creative Director who combines strong conceptual thinking with the ability to make and improve the work. You will develop pitch-winning, award-worthy ideas while working side by side with designers, copywriters, animators, and other creatives to bring them to life. You will be comfortable opening files, building decks, finding references, developing storyboards, and offering clear, practical guidance throughout production.

We are looking for a curious and versatile creative with experience across different disciplines, formats, and types of work. You might be a design-led art director, a multidisciplinary designer, or a creative generalist who has grown into leadership.

You will also bring structure to a fast-moving account. Lead several projects at once, keep priorities and responsibilities clear, organize feedback and decisions, while being able to identify creative or production risks before they become problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
