Job Description

We're growing our Design team and we're looking for an exceptional Associate Creative Director with branding and packaging experience, ideally within the Personal Care category but also spanning alcohol and beauty.

We’re looking for a branding and packaging creative genius.

You’re a calm, strategic presence, trusted to lead major creative work with vision, maturity and clarity. You hold the line on quality, inspire belief in bold ideas and bring others with you. You know how to push creative boundaries while protecting the integrity of the process. You see complexity as opportunity, guide teams with generosity, and create space for both challenge and growth. Clients and creatives alike trust your voice, because it comes from experience, insight and care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative thinking & crafting excellence

  • You direct creative output across teams, helping shape big ideas and ensuring they’re brought to life with clarity, beauty and boldness.
  • You push for work that provokes emotion, drives connection and delivers distinction, helping teams reach higher without losing focus.
  • You champion intelligent use of AI, helping teams work smarter, push creative boundaries and stay future-fit.

Strategic & brand alignment

  • You connect dots across the brand landscape, helping ensure that creative thinking stays rooted in insight and aligned with long-term brand ambition.
  • You challenge creatively, constructively and always with the goal of getting to stronger, sharper work.

Studio process & project delivery

  • You oversee creative quality and operational flow across multiple workstreams.
  • You work with CDs, Client Partnership and Studio Management to plan the right resourcing and shape teams to succeed.
  • You see around corners, anticipate pinch points and make calm, clear decisions that protect the work and the people behind it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
