Luminart Projection is a London-based specialist projection mapping and visual production company that creates immersive experiences for brands, events, and live productions. The team delivers large-scale visual installations and technical production, guiding projects from initial concept and content creation through on-site setup and final delivery. Luminart Projection works closely with agencies, production companies, brands, and event teams to transform architecture and physical spaces into impactful visual experiences. Role Description
The Associate Creative Director is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for leading creative development across projection mapping and visual production projects. This role oversees concept creation, visual narratives, and design direction, working closely with designers, motion artists, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and compelling outcomes.

- Shaping creative strategies for client briefs
- Guiding art direction
- Reviewing and refining graphic design assets
- Presenting ideas and storyboards to internal and external stakeholders
The Associate Creative Director collaborates with production and technical teams to align creative vision with practical execution, participates in client meetings, and supports on-site delivery to ensure that installations and experiences meet both artistic and technical standards. The role also involves mentoring junior creatives, maintaining brand consistency across projects, and staying current with industry trends in experiential design, projection mapping, and visual culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary visual projects.
- Expertise in Branding, including the ability to translate brand identities into immersive visual experiences.
- Proficient in Art Direction for live events, installations, and visual narratives.
- Solid Graphic Design skills, including layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in projection mapping, experiential design, or large-scale visual installations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and production teams and communicate concepts clearly to clients.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, and attention to detail under deadlines.
- Prior experience in a creative leadership role within agencies, production companies, or visual arts environments is preferred.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in design, visual arts, communication, or a related field.
