Role description:
We are looking for an Associate CSA Cost Consultant to join our growing CSA Commercial Management team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. 50% of your time will be based on site in Norway - 1 week on 1 week from home rotation
Role accountabilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of team members in order to share knowledge, increase team skill level and improve the standard of service delivery
- Create project costings and budgets from clear objectives, managing finances across a project in order to ensure the profit and budgetary targets are met and best value outcomes are achieved
- Lead and manage individual cost management assignments from inception to completion, managing teams and resources to ensure delivery standards meet client expectations
- Demonstrable understanding of clients key objectives with the appropriate sector
- Monitor and review the performance and behaviour of all team members, including educating and influencing others, and take action to ensure compliance with the organisational policies and codes of conduct across the entire project
- Assure compliance with contracts in terms of project delivery parameters and scope of service
- Analyse and compile a range of complex data and documents, using knowledge to review and assess analysis and provide recommendations to contribute to project decision-making
- Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to support the development of current cost and commercial management systems and processes
- Work to improve services and drive innovation to increase team contribution to project delivery
- Manage relationships with customers in order to identify opportunities to improve the cost management offering and deliver customer satisfaction
- Act as a key technical resource within the field of cost/commercial management, providing technical advice and solutions to internal colleagues in order to support successful project delivery across a range of projects
- Build valued relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, in order to ensure client satisfaction, develop the cost management service and create new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:
First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are a technically capable and come to us with:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial role
- In depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost & commercial management
- Experience completing commercial analysis and insights
- Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships
- Experience managing business relationships and supporting with senior management level activities
- Experience of managing people, and leadership skills including the ability to motivate others
- Experience in building and managing client relationships at senior-management level, including the ability to act as a trusted advisor
