Role Description
The Associate Customer Success Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on supporting customers in deploying, configuring, and optimizing Cyera’s AI Security Platform to meet their data security and compliance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Associate Customer Success Engineer collaborates closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, documents solutions and workflows, and contributes to knowledge base articles and playbooks. The role also involves:
- Monitoring customer health metrics
- Participating in review meetings
- Helping ensure long-term adoption and value realization
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in areas such as data security, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), networking basics, or SaaS application support.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and managing technical inquiries or support tickets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skill in interpreting logs, performance metrics, or configuration data to identify root causes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Familiarity with AI, data protection regulations, or cybersecurity concepts is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
