Description

🚀 Build your career where infrastructure meets technology
Sensat builds digital twin technology that helps deliver some of the UK’s and US’s most important infrastructure projects.

Work that once relied heavily on paper drawings and repeated site visits can now be supported by live spatial data and 3D models. Our customers use Sensat to make better decisions across energy-grid upgrades, water networks, and major rail programmes.

As we grow, we’re building a more structured and consistent approach to how we support our customers. We want every customer to understand the value of Sensat, feel confident using the platform, and have a great experience working with us.

You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of customers, becoming their main point of contact and helping them get the most from Sensat.

This role could suit someone already working in Customer Success or support, or someone with hands-on infrastructure experience who wants to move into a customer-facing technology role.

🛠️ What you'll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of Sensat customers, building strong working relationships with key users and project leads.
  • Helping new customers get started with Sensat, ensuring their projects are set up correctly and users feel confident using the platform.
  • Delivering virtual and in-person training sessions to help customers understand the platform and get up and running quickly.
  • Making sure customers are actively using Sensat, understand its capabilities, and can see clear value from their investment.
  • Running regular customer check-ins and account reviews to maintain engagement and understand how we can better support them.
  • Identifying where customers may need additional support or where a relationship could be at risk, working with the Head of Customer Partnerships to address issues early.
  • Supporting customer renewals by maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating the value Sensat continues to provide.
  • Responding to product questions and day-to-day issues, escalating to our technical teams when needed.
  • Developing a strong understanding of your customers, their projects, and the challenges they face.
  • Sharing customer feedback with our Product and Customer Partnerships teams, highlighting common issues, product requests, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.

💭 You might be the kind of person we’re looking for if...

  • You enjoy helping people and take pride in being someone others can rely on.
  • You’re naturally curious and want to understand how customers work, what they’re trying to achieve, and how technology can make their lives easier.
  • You’re digitally confident, comfortable learning new platforms, and not put off by technical products or complex environments.
  • You communicate clearly and know that different customer situations and audiences sometimes require different approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

🎯 Your background might look like one of these…

You may be coming directly from industry:

  • You have hands-on experience in construction, energy, water, utilities, surveying, or another area of infrastructure.
  • Your experience could be technical, commercial, or focused on project delivery.
  • You’re ready to bring your industry knowledge into a customer-facing technology role. You don’t need previous Customer Success experience – we’ll help you learn that.

Or you may already work in Customer Success or support:

  • You have some experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Customer Support, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
  • You’re genuinely curious about infrastructure and willing to get properly involved in understanding how our customers and their projects work.

Whichever route you’re coming from, you’ll be:

  • A clear and confident communicator who can explain technical information to people with different levels of knowledge.
  • Experienced in managing administration as part of your role, including keeping records up to date, coordinating actions, and following through on deadlines.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage several customers and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and able to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Curious, reliable, and happy to ask questions when something is new.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Exposure to geospatial technology, mapping, surveying, drone data, or digital project-management tools.
  • Experience delivering customer training or explaining technical products to non-technical users.
  • Experience using Planhat, HubSpot, or another CRM or customer success platform.

🌱 You’ll thrive here if...

  • You enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a positive experience for customers.
  • You take responsibility, follow through on what you say you’ll do, and aren’t afraid to ask for help when you need it.
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and learn more about how major infrastructure projects are delivered.
  • Whether you’re coming from Customer Success or directly from industry, you’re looking for somewhere that will invest in your next step.

📈 What you’ll get

  • Support to develop the Customer Success, product, or industry knowledge you don’t already have.
  • Ownership of your own customer relationships, with an experienced team around you to help.
  • Exposure to our Customer Partnerships, Product, and technical teams, giving you a broad understanding of how a growing ConTech business operates.
  • The opportunity to visit customers and see how Sensat supports real infrastructure projects.
  • A genuine route into ConTech, with the opportunity to develop towards more senior Customer Success positions or other roles across our wider customer team over time.
