Job Description
Associate Customer Success Manager for Spanish and French customers
Ensuring retention, growth, and strong relationships. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Educational Institutions in Spain and France. Your objective is to manage relationships so that customers achieve maximum value from our software services and to upsell our wider solutions portfolio. You will build and proactively execute account plans to achieve your objectives.
In your contacts with customers, you will nurture and grow the breadth and depth of relationships across institutions, enabling wider adoption of solutions and identifying growth opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships across the organisation, from Deans, (Vice) Chancellors, and Directors through to individual instructors.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of customer partnership and commercial growth, with a passion for supporting educators and institutions in advancing teaching, learning, and academic integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
- Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
- Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Use customer insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
- Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and customer experience.
- Generate referral opportunities and develop customer advocates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
- Continuously invest in personal and professional development.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or the education sector.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly to diverse higher education stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organisational skills, with a data-driven approach and experience using CRM/Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proven ability to work effectively as a collaborative teammate with curiosity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
- Understanding of the education technology landscape and institutional challenges around teaching, learning, and academic integrity.
- Demonstrated ability or potential to achieve customer retention, upsell, and satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.
