Role Description

The Associate Data Analyst internship role at Hawkroot is a hybrid position based in the City of Bristol, with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Performing basic data analysis

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics knowledge to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Basic understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling to support quantitative analysis and structured data solutions.
  • Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or Python is beneficial).
  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the City of Bristol, manage time effectively, and adapt to a project-based environment.
  • Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and interest in analytics, automation, or software-related projects.
