As an Associate Delivery Manager, you’ll:

You may have worked in an agile software team before, or be a people-focused project manager with transferrable skills, or simply have helped people work together to achieve a difficult outcome.

As An Associate Delivery Manager, You’ll Have

  • An interest in digital delivery and agile ways of working, with a willingness to learn and develop your delivery management skills.
  • A practical approach to problem solving, including the ability to identify issues, work with others to find solutions and escalate when appropriate.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain information and ideas in a way that works for different audiences, including technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A collaborative approach to working, with an understanding of the importance of positive team relationships, inclusion and creating an environment where people can work effectively together.
  • A willingness to learn and take responsibility, using guidance, coaching and feedback to build your skills, confidence and capability over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
