Exciting Associate Dentist Position - Dental Beauty Kingston Excellent practice & central location in Kingston town Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays Available
We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Kingston. After acquiring the practice at the start of the year, we have refurbished & grown the practice & this now has a great reputation for offering high quality mixed & specialist dentistry. All surgeries are bright & spacious and fully equipped with Dentally software/Pearl AI plug-in, digital x-rays & scanners, TV's in each surgery, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.
You will receive a wealth of mentorship & support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Sorabh Patel and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Elevate Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position.

Details of the position:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays (9AM-6PM)
- Available from December '26
- 3000 UDA Contract - no clawback
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- We are specifically looking for a clinician with at least 2 years experience post qualification, who is confident with the NHS system & UDA delivery
- Applicants with prior experience in private upsell, cosmetic & restorative dentistry delivery is also highly desirable due to the potential in practice
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number
