Associate Dentist Opportunities – 4 Days per Week & 2–3 Days per Week

Pay: £47,915.29-£176,975.34 per year

We are pleased to announce two exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, patient-focused Associate Dentists to join our growing team at Town House Dental Practice in Seaford.

We are recruiting for:

  • One Associate Dentist working four days per week (Tuesday–Friday)
  • One Associate Dentist working 2–3 days per week

Both roles offer the chance to take over established lists of loyal private patients, with only a small NHS commitment (minimal UDA allocation). These positions are ideal for clinicians looking to grow within a predominantly private practice while enjoying the support of an experienced and friendly team.

About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and patient experience. You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients to support long-term oral health, while enjoying clinical freedom within an ethical, patient-centred practice.

About You

The ideal candidates will:

  • Be GDC registered with an active performer number
  • Have experience delivering high-quality general dentistry
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to ethical, patient-focused treatment planning
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Be motivated to grow their private practice and develop professionally
  • Additional interests (digital dentistry, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, advanced treatments) are welcomed but not essential
