Role Description
The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality dental care to patients, including cosmetic and general dentistry services such as examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, implant maintenance, and orthodontic clear aligner treatments. Responsibilities include:

- Delivering patient-centered consultations
- Explaining treatment options clearly
- Obtaining informed consent
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
The role involves:
- Collaborating with dental nurses and support staff
- Adhering to clinical governance and infection control standards
- Staying current with best practices, technology, and regulatory requirements
The Associate Dentist will also:
- Support patient education on oral health
- Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient experiences
- Participate in virtual consultations and follow-ups as needed
This is a full-time remote role, with clinical work and patient interaction delivered through tele-dentistry and digital platforms where appropriate.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, cosmetic procedures (such as composite bonding and whitening), and experience or interest in clear aligner therapy and dental implants.
- Skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based decision-making, supported by thorough record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex treatment options clearly, build trust, and provide a calm, reassuring patient experience.
- A commitment to clinical governance, infection prevention and control, regulatory compliance (GDC registration or equivalent), and adherence to ethical standards.
- The ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-enabled environment, including familiarity with digital dental systems, tele-dentistry tools, and practice management software.

- A recognized dental degree
- Current professional registration and license to practice in the UK
- Completion of foundation training or equivalent
- Ongoing continuing professional development
Beneficial experience includes:

- Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- A track record of delivering high patient satisfaction
