New Opportunities in Damira Dental Studios in our New Expanding Practice in Ryde, Isle of Wight

The Isle of Wight is an island, English county, and unitary authority in the English Channel, 2 to 5 miles (3.2 to 8.0 kilometres) off the coast of Hampshire, across the Solent. It is the largest and second-most populous island in England. Referred to as "The Island" by residents, the Isle of Wight has resorts that have been popular holiday destinations since Victorian times. It is known for its mild climate, coastal scenery, and verdant landscape of fields, downland, and chines. The island is historically part of Hampshire.

We are generating interest from an experienced Associate Dentist who would like to join Damira Dental Studios in our amazing Practice in the scenic Isle of Wight (it would be great if you can mentor and build the careers for other newly qualified overseas dentists) and we are open to enquiries from those wanting mentorship.

Damira Dental Studios is clinically led. Our expanding group has 53 Dental Practices (and we are growing!) providing high-quality patient care. Offering modern, well-equipped facilities, our dynamic and expanding group offers NHS, private and specialist care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
