Private Associate Dentist – Airdrie, North Lanarkshire
About the Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Private Associate Dentist to join our established and forward-thinking dental practice in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental professional looking to start their private dental journey and convert a large NHS list to private, with support from the practice team and Denplan.
The Opportunity
- Private-only role
- Up to 5 days per week (1 day self-employed on a Monday)
- High demand for private treatments
- Excellent earning potential based on performance
- Full-time surgery availability: Monday–Friday
- The role suits independent clinicians with no mentoring or supervision required (* overseas applicants welcome* )

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality private dental care
- Build strong patient relationships and grow private uptake
- Provide excellent patient experiences with a personalised approach
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work collaboratively with the wider practice team
- Adhere to all clinical governance and health & safety regulations
Requirements
Professional Qualifications & Experience
- BDS or equivalent qualification
- Current GDC registration & valid UK licence to practise
- Experience in private dentistry
- Located at Bankhouse Dental Care, Airdrie
Personality & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and clinically confident
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment
- Ability to work independently
