Role Description

This is a part-time, Associate Dentist role based at Woodford Dental Care in Woodford Green, Essex. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of general dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, restorative procedures, and basic cosmetic treatments. Qualifications

  • Fully qualified Dentist with recognized dental degree and current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Demonstrated competence in general dentistry, including diagnostics, preventive care, restorative treatments, and basic cosmetic procedures.
  • Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to high clinical standards, infection control protocols, and overall patient safety.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, family-run practice, contributing to a respectful and supportive team culture.
  • Good organizational skills, reliability in managing appointment schedules, and attention to detail in record-keeping.
  • Willingness to engage in continuing professional development and stay current with clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Previous experience in a general practice setting is preferred; familiarity with UK dental regulations and NHS/private practice frameworks is essential.
