Associate Dentist Crossford
We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice based in Crossford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to join a supportive and professional clinical environment, with the opportunity to provide high-quality care to an established patient base.
The role would suit a clinician who enjoys general dentistry, takes pride in patient care and wants to develop their skills within a collaborative practice.
The Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide a broad range of general dental treatments while working closely with the wider clinical and support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
- Diagnosing oral health conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans
- Providing general, preventative and restorative dental treatment
- Discussing treatment options and costs clearly with patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Monitoring patients' ongoing oral health and providing preventative advice
- Referring patients to appropriate specialists where necessary
- Working collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, therapists and other clinicians
- Maintaining high standards of clinical governance and infection control
- Ensuring treatment is delivered in line with current professional standards
- Managing appointments and clinical workload effectively
- Supporting patient retention and building long-term patient relationships
- Participating in relevant training and continuing professional development
- Providing a consistently high standard of patient care and service

About You
We're looking for a confident and patient-focused Associate Dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.
You should have:
- Current GDC registration and the appropriate UK right to practise
- Previous experience working as a dentist in the UK
- Strong general dentistry experience
- Good clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A professional, approachable and compassionate manner
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and patient-centred dentist who enjoys providing high-quality general dentistry and building lasting relationships with patients.
