Associate Dentist - Cardiff Canton
Build your future with a flexible, well-supported mixed Dentist role in Cardiff, Canton — offering a stable NHS package, strong private earning potential, and a collaborative team that’s genuinely invested in your success.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays available - 8:45am - 17:45pm
Earnings:
- Up to £65k NHS Potential Earnings (No UDA targets)
- Private earning potential
- NHS lab fees fully reimbursed
- Competitive private & labs split
Your role
You’ll deliver a broad range of private and NHS treatments, in line with the NHS Wales reform framework, including:
- Comprehensive exams and risk-based recalls
- Preventative and oral health care
- Routine and complex restorative treatments
- Urgent and emergency care for new and existing patients
You’ll manage your own patient cohort, focusing on long-term outcomes, access for new patients, and prioritising clinical need—giving you more time to deliver high-quality care.
About The Practice
- Established 5 surgery practice, offers modern working environment, fully computerised, Dentally Software, digital x-ray and Apex Locator.
- The practice has experienced longstanding associates in situ and an excellent team of qualified experienced support staff.
- Access to a Hygienist
- Practice is centrally located with great transport links
- Dedicated marketing team including to help you grow and market your private services
