Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based at the Elegant Smiles practice in Grantham. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive treatments. Daily responsibilities include managing patient consultations, performing clinical procedures, maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to relevant clinical and safety standards. The role involves working closely with dental nurses and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience. The Associate Dentist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and support the practice’s growth and reputation within the community.

Qualifications
- Licensed dentist with appropriate professional registration and eligibility to practice dentistry in the region.
- Experience providing general dental care, including examinations, restorations, preventive treatments, and basic cosmetic procedures.
- Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based clinical practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment with dental nurses, reception, and clinical colleagues.
- Demonstrated focus on patient-centered care, high ethical standards, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to participate in continuing professional development and stay current with clinical guidelines and techniques.
- Previous experience in private practice or specialist treatment settings is an advantage.
