Associate Dentist Milton Keynes

We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice based in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to join a supportive clinical environment with a strong patient base and access to a well-equipped practice.

The role would suit a patient-focused clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality general dentistry and building lasting relationships with patients.

The Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide a broad range of general dental care while working as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive general dentistry to a varied patient base
  • Carrying out examinations, diagnoses and treatment planning
  • Delivering preventative and restorative dental care
  • Providing appropriate treatment options and explaining these clearly to patients
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records
  • Referring patients to appropriate specialists where required
  • Working collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, therapists and other members of the clinical team
  • Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical governance
  • Ensuring all treatment is delivered in line with current professional standards
  • Supporting good patient retention and ongoing oral health
  • Participating in practice meetings and continuing professional development
  • Managing clinical time effectively and maintaining appropriate appointment standards
  • Providing an excellent patient experience from consultation through to completion of treatment

About You

We're looking for a confident and patient-focused Associate Dentist who can work effectively within an established practice.

You should have:

  • GDC registration and the appropriate right to practise in the UK
  • Relevant experience working as a dentist in the UK
  • Strong general dentistry experience
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A professional and compassionate approach to patient care
  • Good understanding of current clinical and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider clinical team

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a patient-focused Associate Dentist who combines sound clinical skills with excellent communication and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

You'll be confident managing routine general dentistry, building patient relationships and working collaboratively with the wider practice team.
