Damira Dental Studios is looking for passionate Associate Dentists who wish to start or continue their career with a dental company that really understands dentists and provides excellent support at every step of their professional development.

About the Role
We are hiring Associate Dentists for our South Ham Practice, Basingstoke, Hampshire. Successful candidate will be GDC registered, have an active NHS performer number, and have experience of providing Mixed (NHS and Private) Dental Treatment for the associate positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide Mixed (NHS and Private) Dental Treatment.
- Deliver high quality dental care within a 10 surgery practice alongside 14 dentists on site.
- Work collaboratively with a mixture of experienced and new clinicians and specialist dentists on site: Periodontist, Implantologist, Oral Surgeon, Endodontist.
- Engage with continual flow of new private patients and support practice private income potential.
- Utilise practice facilities such as iTero scanner and patient finance options to support treatment plans.

Qualifications
- GDC registered.
- Active NHS performer number.
- Experience of providing Mixed (NHS and Private) Dental Treatment for the associate positions.
Required Skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts - weekends.
- Capability to work productively on the NHS.
- Strong communication skills to upskill your communication and work more efficiently in practice.
Preferred Skills
- Special interest in any aspect of dentistry for which leads can be generated via our website.
- Interest in courses such as Invisalign, Smile fast, PGDip in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and Implants.

Location: 1st Floor, St Andrews Centre, Western Way, South Ham, Basingstoke, RG22 6ER
Shift availability & pattern: Flexible!
Surgery availabilities:
- SATURDAY 8-8
- SUNDAY 8-8
UDAs: 2500
UDA Value: Flexible
