Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Immingham - Pure Dental Clinic and Grimsby - Grimsby Dental Studio.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care and play a central role in how high-quality care is delivered, how teams perform, and how the practice evolves. With two clear pathways, you can shape your role in a way that aligns with how you want to lead and contribute.

Practice Clinical Lead (PCL)
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and patient outcomes.
- Shape clinical standards, protocols, and the overall patient journey.
- Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team.
- Champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to decision-making and the strategic direction of the practice.
This option is ideal for clinicians who want to lead and influence without taking on an ownership stake.
About You
- GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience
- Natural leader who communicates with clarity and builds trust
- Committed to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Motivated to develop others and improve how the practice operates
- Interested in playing a broader role in shaping the future of the practice
