Role Description
This is an on-site Associate Dentist role based in Mountain Ash, offered on a contract basis. The Associate Dentist will provide routine and complex dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and patient education. - Managing patient appointments

The Associate Dentist is expected to uphold professional standards, follow regulatory guidelines, and participate in practice-wide initiatives to improve patient experience.
Qualifications
- GDC registration with NHS performa number
- Relevant dental degree from an accredited institution and current professional registration/licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a dentist
- Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, including routine examinations, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic emergency dental management
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based practice and infection control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient population
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and support staff
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage patient schedules and clinical documentation efficiently
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, training, and continuing education to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Previous experience in a community-focused or high-volume dental practice is an advantage but not required.
