At Crescent Lodge Dental Practice in Clapham, we're looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our experienced and close-knit clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to develop their clinical career within a modern, digitally focused practice.
With an established patient base, a consistent flow of new patients and sought-after Saturday appointments, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding and productive diary.
Crescent Lodge is an established eight-surgery private practice with a strong reputation for patient care and a collaborative clinical environment. You'll join a team of experienced Dentists, supported by qualified and registered dental nurses, Hygienists and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator.
Our practice is fully digitally equipped, with modern technology and a team that values clinical collaboration, shared knowledge and providing patients with the best possible treatment options.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and confident General Dentist to join our team, with the ability to recognise and manage emergency appointments while providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about general dentistry, takes a proactive approach to patient care and enjoys working in a busy, supportive practice. Experience with clear aligners would be welcomed, alongside a strong foundation in general dentistry. No specialist qualifications are required.
You'll benefit from a combination of established patients, new patient appointments and emergency demand. Crescent Lodge welcomes approximately 150-170 new patients each month, and we're looking for a Dentist who can support the team in caring for these patients and helping them access the treatment they need.
Saturday appointments are particularly sought after, with patients regularly contacting the practice on the day to request emergency appointments. We welcome clinicians at different stages of their careers. While experience is valued, we're equally interested in someone who is confident in their approach, open to learning from experienced colleagues and committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Working Hours
The role offers a varied working pattern across weekdays and Saturdays:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm.
- Two Saturdays per month: 9:00am - 4:30pm, working alternate Saturdays to the other Dentist.

- Is comfortable working in a digitally focused practice.
- Can discuss treatment options with patients clearly and confidently.
- Is open to learning from and collaborating with experienced clinicians.
- Has experience with clear aligners, or an interest in developing this skill.
- Shares our commitment to a patient-centred approach.
