The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused General Dentist to join our busy private clinic in Harrow.
This opportunity is highly flexible. Whether you're looking for one day per week, two or three days alongside your current role, or a larger long-term commitment, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking someone who enjoys working in a modern private practice, has excellent clinical standards, and wants to become part of a growing dental group with genuine opportunities for progression.
Essential Clinical Experience
We're looking for a dentist who is confident and experienced in:
- Comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and restorative care.
- Emergency dentistry, with the ability to confidently assess, diagnose and manage urgent dental presentations.
- Delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining excellent time management and clinical efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to provide same-day treatment, where clinically appropriate, improving both patient experience and treatment acceptance.
- Building patient trust through excellent communication, ethical treatment planning and an outstanding chairside manner.
- Working independently while collaborating effectively with nurses and the wider practice team.
- Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, record keeping and infection prevention.

Essential Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist with the right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in general dentistry, preferably within a private or mixed practice environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly and patient-centred approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
- Passion for continuing professional development and staying up to date with modern dentistry.
Desirable Experience
Experience or an interest in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Invisalign and clear aligner therapy.
- Composite bonding and smile makeovers.
- Veneers and aesthetic restorative dentistry.
- Dental implants (placement or restoration).
- Digital dentistry, including intraoral scanners and digital workflows.
- Facial aesthetics.
