Job Title: Associate Design Producer, International Content Design
Location: London, SW11 8BZ (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract initially
Max. Budget: £272 per day on PAYE
Job Summary:
Our International Content Design team is seeking an Associate Design Producer to support a wide range of design and motion projects.
This opportunity is for a smart, organised, diligent individual who can coordinate multiple design projects, track timelines, facilitate project check-ins and help maintain clarity and momentum across projects and timezones.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience acting as an Associate Producer, Digital Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar, in an advertising/design agency or creative/production studio.
- Candidates must have excellent task management skills, and be able to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organised manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must have experience using devices include iPhone, iPad and Macbook.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience

Key Qualifications:
- In collaboration with Senior Design Producers, the Associate Producer will coordinate project plans and design tasks, track the design status of multiple concurrent projects, facilitate design reviews, distribute notes and follow up on action items.
- Support the Design Producer team with communications and workflows, ensure meetings are scheduled, projected timelines are met, and facilitate ongoing productions.
- Once the design process is complete, track and manage the delivery of final design assets to cross-functional partners, and assist with quality assurance checks and our asset validation and upload processes.
- Work closely with design leads to keep project files organised and up to date.
- Report regular status updates to the leading producers, escalating any project issues in weekly syncs.
