We're working with a globally recognised, design-led organisation that is looking for an Associate Design Producer to join their International Content Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive junior producer / coordinator who enjoys tracking multiple design and motion projects.
You'll work alongside experienced design producers and creative leads, helping to coordinate projects from initial planning through to final asset delivery. With multiple projects running concurrently across different teams and time zones, you'll play an important role in keeping timelines on track and deliverables moving forward.
Please note this is an initial 6-month contract, with possibility of extension beyond this. There will be a requirement to be based in their London based office 3 days a week, so you must be within a commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project plans, design tasks, and creative milestones across multiple concurrent projects
- Track project status, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring priorities remain clear and deadlines are met
- Organise and facilitate design reviews, distribute feedback, and follow up on actions
- Schedule meetings and check-ins across various teams and time zones
- Help manage productions through to completion, identifying potential issues, and escalating them where appropriate
- Support quality assurance, asset validation, and upload processes
- Work closely with design leads to ensure project files and documentation remain organised and up to date
- Provide regular project status updates to senior production stakeholders

Key Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in an Associate / Junior Producer, or Project Coordinator role, within an advertising agency, design agency, creative studio or production environment
- Excellent organisational and task-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience tracking creative deadlines and deliverables
- A proactive approach and the confidence to ask questions, seek clarification, and identify potential issues early
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A genuine interest / experience in the creative and design production process
