Job Description

This role is focused on supporting Curinos’ digital experience benchmarking and research products, which help financial services clients understand how their digital platforms compare with peers and fintechs across customer journeys, features and functionality. You will research live digital experiences, maintain high-quality evidence and data, and help turn findings into clear insight for banking product, digital, customer experience and strategy teams.

As an Associate, you will work across research programmes and client deliverables, building knowledge of financial services and digital experience while developing your research, analytical, writing and presentation skills. You will collaborate with experienced researchers and subject-matter experts and contribute to our proprietary data intelligence platform, benchmarking reports, presentations and client-specific work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured, hands-on research of live digital banking journeys across mobile apps and online platforms using established methodologies
  • Collect, document, validate and maintain experience and qualitative data, working with panel participants or account holders where required
  • Compare customer journeys, features and functionality across financial institutions and fintechs, identifying meaningful similarities, differences and changes
  • Analyse proprietary benchmarking data and supporting market evidence to identify trends, capability gaps and emerging client-relevant themes
  • Produce accurate, concise written analysis, charts, screenshots and presentation content for benchmarking reports, industry updates and client-specific deliverables
  • Support senior colleagues in developing evidence-led insights, business implications and recommendations
  • Complete ad hoc digital research requests and contribute to consulting projects, client presentations and executive reports
  • Maintain clear research records and follow quality assurance processes so that work is consistent, traceable and delivered to deadline
  • Build knowledge across financial services products, customer journeys, digital design, fintech and relevant regulatory or market developments
  • Contribute ideas and evidence to improve Curinos’ proprietary platform, research methodologies and client deliverables
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market alerts, articles and other digital experience content

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
