Role Overview

We are looking to expand our network of Associate Digital Content Developers to support the design and development of high-quality, accessible digital learning solutions across a range of clients and sectors.

Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts and our wider creative team, you will translate learning requirements, storyboards and source material into engaging eLearning experiences. You will bring strong technical expertise across the full development lifecycle, from build through to testing and deployment, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards for quality, accessibility and performance.

This is a hands-on delivery role, with opportunities to contribute senior input into design decisions, technical approaches and quality assurance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions for desktop, tablet and mobile using appropriate authoring tools
  • Build eLearning from approved learning designs, storyboards and SME materials, ensuring alignment to agreed outcomes, scope and timelines
  • Apply instructional design principles to support effective learning and engagement
  • Lead on visual design and learner experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, accessible and appropriate for the audience
  • Create and edit digital assets including graphics, animation, audio, video and interactive elements where required
  • Apply accessibility best practice (WCAG 2.2 AA), including captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation and accessible visual design
  • Package, test and troubleshoot content for deployment via LMS platforms (e.g. SCORM 1.2 / 2004)
  • Carry out functional, device, browser and accessibility testing, resolving issues prior to release
  • Provide technical input during client reviews, UAT and launch phases
  • Manage your own delivery workstreams, including estimating effort, identifying risks and communicating progress
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement of digital learning outputs
  • Where appropriate, provide guidance or informal support to other developers within project teams
  • Contribute to proposals, prototypes or early-stage solution design where required
  • Stay up to date with developments in eLearning technology, tools and accessibility standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
