This includes the management of our relationships across the globe with both the millions of merchants who accept American Express, as well as our partners in countries and territories that deliver card acceptance, issuance and innovation.
The Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Product Organization
The GMNS product organization plays a central role in powering the American Express network—supporting billions of transactions annually across more than 170 markets.
Position: Associate / Senior Associate – Product Management
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate / Senior Associate – Product Management to support the development and scaling of our Network Tokenization capabilities, a critical component of modern digital payments. Tokenization underpins secure and seamless experiences across digital wallets, virtual cards, Agentic commerce and emerging payment use cases.
This role operates at the intersection of Product Ownership and Product Operations and offers the opportunity to work on the development and delivery of critical digital lifecycle products that power secure and seamless payment experiences.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, maintain product health, and contribute to roadmap delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
