As global enterprise clients continue to evaluate and restructure their real estate portfolios for post-pandemic hybrid models, a premier executive consultancy in London is appointing a Director level Workplace Strategist & Interior Architect to lead this transformation.
This pivotal appointment will sit at the intersection of enterprise spatial design, occupant data analytics, and C-suite management consultancy.
The Role
The successful candidate will lead high-profile corporate account engagements across London and international commercial hubs. Primary responsibilities include:

- Portfolio Optimization & Strategy: Partnering with C-suite executives and Global Real Estate Heads to rationalize office footprints, establish hybrid occupancy models, and define long-term workplace visions.
- Evidence-Based Spatial Design: Bridging front-end utilization metrics, employee sentiment data, and change-management frameworks with high-end interior architecture and technical fit-out design.
- Client Advisory & Executive Engagement: Serving as the lead strategic advisor during corporate restructurings, leading client workshops, and driving change-management initiatives.
- Practice Leadership: Overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring mid-to-senior designers and strategists, and contributing to practice growth and thought leadership across the UK market.

The Person
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience delivering workplace strategy and interior architecture for major corporate, financial, or professional services clients.
- Hybrid Model Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in translating post-pandemic working patterns into actionable, data-led spatial solutions and portfolio business cases.
- Senior Leadership Experience: A history of managing key client accounts, leading C-suite presentations, and driving interdisciplinary project delivery teams.
- Technical & Strategic Rigour: Strong familiarity with spatial utilization modeling, change management methodologies, and UK/London commercial real estate frameworks.
