Role Overview - Associate Director
- Manage a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients, acting as their trusted advisor across accounts, tax and commercial matters.
- Lead client relationships, delivering proactive business advice whilst identifying opportunities to grow recurring fee income.
- Oversee portfolio performance including WIP, recoverability, billing, debtors and fee budgets.
- Support business development through networking, referrals, cross-selling and winning new work.
- Lead, mentor and develop managers and team members whilst contributing to the firm's continued growth and strategic direction.

Role Requirements - Associate Director
- ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
- 8-10 years' experience within a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts, corporate and personal tax.
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio and delivering business advisory services.
- Commercially minded with a track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Passion for innovation, technology and continuous improvement.
Salary & Benefits - Associate Director
- £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working and flexitime.
- Annual bonus.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 5 days.
