What You’ll Do

Realtime is searching for an Media Lead that is an expert across paid media channels and disciplines with client-facing experience. As an Media Lead, you will:

  • Work on a daily basis with large brands on performance and brand advertising campaigns that drive impact, revenue, and growth.
  • Lead advertising operations teams across social, search, and/or programmatic channels – working alongside both channel leads and their teams to execute campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders at large brands to discuss and inform them of performance initiatives and receive feedback to improve performance success laddering to client business objectives.
  • Work hands-on-keyboard within the channels and build, present, and execute the channel strategies and approaches that accomplish your clients’ business objectives.
  • Implement and execute advanced measurement and attribution tactics and tools to bridge the gap between investment and measurability including incrementality tests, platform tests and executing learning agendas.
  • Consistently bring innovation and new ideas to the table for both your direct clients and accounts, as well as the agency more broadly.
  • Build and execute tests – then report on those findings and make recommendations on how those tests should be interpreted, iterated, and improved.
  • Develop processes/structures/services to add value to our clients and make our adops more streamlined, efficient, and effective.
  • As required, travel to client onsites and meetings with channel partners to represent our clients and campaign interests.

As an Media Lead at Realtime, you’ll work across large national and global brands to lead the channel strategy, optimizations, and innovation that delivered unparalleled results for your clients. To do this, you’ll have:

  • At least four years of experience managing at least two of these disciplines; paid social, paid search/shopping, programmatic advertising, app-based advertising.
  • Knowledge of attribution and measurement models including MMM, DDA or MTA.
  • Proven track record of success within paid media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Track record of establishing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to design test and guide learning agendas.
  • Experience working directly with clients and aligning your optimizations and recommendations to their business objectives.
  • Have obtained relevant platform certifications.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with deck creation and presentation.
  • Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
