We’re hiring an Associate Director to help shape what’s next for FABRIC. We build social brands through culture-first thinking, standout creative, and communities that people genuinely want to be part of. As a senior leader within our Client Services team, you'll play a key role in growing client partnerships, developing talent, and driving commercial success across a portfolio of exciting brands. This is an opportunity to influence the work, the team, and the future direction of one of the UK's most ambitious social agencies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor across key accounts.
  • Provide leadership across social, paid, influencer, and creative work, ensuring it delivers against client objectives.
  • Partner with the Client Services Director to develop and support a high-performing Client Services team.
  • Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, including forecasting, planning, and account growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive new revenue streams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding work and seamless client experiences.
  • Champion best practice, strategic thinking, and operational excellence across the agency.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience leading teams within a social, creative, or integrated agency environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior client and stakeholder groups.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing scopes, forecasting, and growth plans.
  • Strategic understanding of social media, content, influencer marketing, and paid media.
  • Confidence leading complex conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Curiosity for culture, platforms, and emerging opportunities within social.
  • A collaborative leadership style, strong judgement, and a proactive mindset.
