Associate Director – Public Affairs | New Business | Central London
Salary: £70,000 - £78,000
Hybrid: Four days a week in the office, one day remote
A well-established public affairs agency in Central London is looking for an Associate Director to take ownership of new business, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys pitching, thrives on the chase and can turn a strong RFP response into a signed client.
The Role
This is a new business-first Associate Director role. You'll lead the agency's response to RFPs and tenders from brief to pitch, working closely with senior leadership to shape proposals that win.

- You'll also be expected to generate your own pipeline; identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting opportunities.
- In addition to new business, you will be involved in the day to day running of accounts and team management, so a track record of people and client management is key.

What You'll Bring
- Extensive agency-side public affairs experience
- A proven record of winning new business and leading RFP responses in a public affairs or public policy context
- Strong political and stakeholder knowledge across Westminster, Whitehall, and/or devolved administrations
- Team and client management expertise
- A commercial mindset - you think about growth, not just delivery
