Associate Director – Project Management

Capstone Recruitment is working with a leading consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Director to join its London Project Management team, supporting the delivery of a major, complex development.
The position will have a strong focus on the technical and construction delivery of landlord works, overseeing key packages and working closely with the client, contractor and wider consultant team.

- Oversee landlord development works and key construction packages
- Manage works through design, construction and delivery
- Monitor contractor performance, programme and quality
- Review technical information, drawings and specifications
- Undertake site inspections and oversee quality assurance
- Identify and manage technical risks, defects and delivery issues
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
- Support commissioning, snagging and handover
About You
We are particularly interested in individuals who bring a strong technical construction background, potentially having started their career within Building Surveying, Clerk of Works or a similar discipline before progressing into Project Management.

You will ideally have experience working on complex, large-scale developments and be comfortable operating between the client, design and construction teams.
This would suit an established Associate Director or experienced Senior Project Manager looking to take on a significant, long-term London project.
