A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced governance professional to join its London-based corporate services team. The business provides fiduciary, governance and corporate services to a diverse client base and operates within a collaborative, service-led environment focused on long-term client relationships rather than KPI-driven targets. Your new role
Work closely with senior leadership to support the development and management of corporate and fiduciary services in London. You will hold responsibility for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality governance and company secretarial services while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client service delivery across complex governance structures.
- Acting as a director and authorised signatory for client entities where required.
- Providing expert technical guidance on company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
- Supporting business development initiatives, client pitches and strategic projects.
- Managing and developing governance professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery.
- Collaborating with legal, risk and compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance and governance best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Law degree or Chartered Governance Professional/Company Secretary (FCG) qualification.
- Extensive technical knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance and company secretarial practice.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex governance matters, identify and mitigate risk, and work independently.
- A proactive, service-focused approach with strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Previous experience within a corporate services, governance or fiduciary services environment would be advantageous.
