Associate Director / Billing Manager / Director (DOE) for Recruitment

Vision Executives and Digital Health Executives specialise in international recruitment and executive search across Eyecare and Digital Health, recruiting from clinical and commercial professionals through to CEOs and Board Members. Following continued growth and several new multi-role projects, we're looking for experienced, high-performing recruiters to join our leadership team.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for proven billers who can win business, deliver assignments and generate revenue, with the opportunity to build and lead their own team. You could bring your existing specialism and client base into the business or take ownership of one of our available subsectors.

Around 50% of our business is retained, so you'll need to confidently sell our premium recruitment and headhunting services utilising advanced candidate assessments and our client portal and win vacancies for yourself and the wider team.
Experience selling retained search, project recruitment or RPO solutions is beneficial.
You'll also have the opportunity to mentor other consultants and eventually build your own team. Previous management experience is desirable but not essential.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' recruitment experience
- Consistent track record of billing £150,000+ per year
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Ability to win and deliver your own recruitment assignments
- Excellent communication skills via phone, Teams and email
- Ambition to build a team, market or division
- Profit share or equity in the business

What we are offering:
- Basic salary DOE
- Commission (no threshold & uncapped) at £150k billings = £32k in commission, at £250k = £55k, at £350k = £77k in commission
- Profit share or equity in the business
- Total earnings £68,000 - £132,000 dependent on performance
