We’re growing our team at Coldr and looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Consultant with a strong desire to disrupt the status quo, delivering impactful campaigns and communications that are remembered.
ABOUT US
We are an award-winning, certified B Corp specialising in strategy, marketing communications, and social impact.
We are a diverse team of strategic storytellers who help brands grow by creating standout campaigns that purposefully include new, emerging and underserved audiences. We get under the skin of how different people live, love, work and play to breathe cultural fluency into communications strategies, earn attention, create hype and drive impact.
ABOUT YOU
Coldr is looking for an Associate Director to lead our Brands and Culture offer, someone who can take a campaign from a spark of an idea through to genuine cultural impact. You combine sharp creative instinct with commercial rigour, and you know how to turn cultural insight into work that gets talked about and moves the needle for clients.
- You have a strong track record delivering earned-first creative PR campaigns for consumer, sport, lifestyle and FMCG brands, and you understand how culture, community and emotion drive attention.
- You are comfortable leading ideation from brief to execution, confidently pitching bold ideas to clients and pressure-testing them against budget, timeline and impact.
- You are commercially minded. You understand resourcing and project profitability as well as you understand a good headline, and you see every account as an opportunity to grow. You have a genuine appetite for organic growth, spotting where existing client relationships can expand into new briefs, new budgets and new ways of working together.
- You can lead media strategy and sell-in with confidence, you build trusted senior client relationships, and you know how to bring a team along with you. Above all, you deliver work that creates meaningful cultural impact and commercial results in equal measure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
