Associate Director Building Surveyor – Medium Size

A highly successful medium-size Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor at Associate Director level within their expanding Bristol office.

Role Features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Joining a small Building Surveying team of 2 people in Bristol (Beach Baker placed the hiring manager) and part of a national team of 20.
• Dealing with a full range of instructions on a variety of commercial properties (no public sector work).
• Workload is a mix of professional and project-based instructions.
• Very non-corporate culture and strong company values (people-focused company).
