Building Surveyor - Associate Director
Location: London
Levels: Senior Surveyor | Associate | Associate Director
Sector: Commercial Property / Landlord Services
I'm exclusively representing a highly regarded property consultancy looking to strengthen its London Building Surveying team with commercially minded surveyors at Senior Surveyor, Associate and Associate Director level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong and established brand within the property industry, working across a prestigious portfolio of landlord-managed assets and directly with some of the business's key clients.
The Opportunity
You'll become a key member of the London team, providing a range of professional Building Surveying services across high-quality commercial property. Depending on your experience and strengths, your work could include:
- Licence to Alter advice and management
- Planned Maintenance Programmes
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Contract Administration
- Dilapidations
- Landlord representation and professional Building Surveying advice
- Managing refurbishment, repair and improvement projects
- Direct liaison with landlords, occupiers, consultants and other stakeholders

What They're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- Professional Building Surveying experience within the commercial property sector
- Experience across some of the core services above
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage your own workload and take responsibility for client instructions
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing your career
