This internationally recognised professional services firm is looking to appoint an Associate Business Development Director into their sector Business Development team to help shape how it engages the market, strengthens key client relationships and converts opportunity into revenue.
This is a senior, market-facing role within a global professional services firm for an experienced business development leader who enjoys shaping growth strategy, building client relationships and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
We're keen to hear from professionals with backgrounds in business development, client development, marketing or sector leadership who have operated in legal, consulting, accountancy, real estate, engineering, financial services or other complex professional services environments.

Working across international teams and jurisdictions, you'll partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth, develop market strategies, strengthen key client relationships and support revenue generation initiatives. You'll play an influential role in helping the business deepen its market position and unlock new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
The position combines strategic thinking with practical execution. Responsibilities could include:
- Developing client and sector growth plans
- Advising on market positioning
- Using insight and data to inform decision-making
- Supporting thought leadership campaigns
- Helping teams respond effectively to significant commercial opportunities
