Change Specialists is growing its network of UK based Associate Directors.
We are a well-established Change Management Consultancy operating throughout the UK and Europe with ambitious plans to expand into new sectors. Our clients are large corporates and SME’s who utilise additional specialist flexible resource to enable the success of their change programmes.
NOTE: You won't be hands on delivering service to clients day to day, you will be working with organisations to identify their specific requirements and co-ordinating resourcing solutions.
This opportunity will appeal to well-connected professionals with drive and ambition who are seeking a fresh challenge and some of the flexibility offered by a portfolio career.
Your earnings will be unlimited and will be directly linked to your success, this opportunity isn’t paid on a fixed day rate basis.
Work that works for you
Change Specialists Associate Director community is a network of senior professionals with a passion for traditional change management and digital transformation. You will operate alongside, and be supported by, our dedicated core team to engage with your network in order to understand their programme resourcing challenges, and to work with them to craft solutions.
You will need to engage with Change Specialists as Director of your own Ltd Company.

Skills you will need to succeed

- To be a natural networker who builds and develops effective relationships, you will already have established a healthy network of senior leaders and decision makers.
- A strong focus on business development, prospecting to establish new clients, and extending business with existing contacts.
- Self-motivation with an ambition to succeed.
- To be commercially astute. Experience in managing bids and proposals including scoping work, fees and margins would be an advantage.
- A thorough understanding of change management challenges, opportunities, methodologies, and frameworks.

If there is interest to continue, we will invite you to meet with some of our key business leads. If successful, the final step will be to complete the onboarding process and background checks. Once your offer has been signed, you will be invited to join our Associate Director community and you will be ready to start working with our core team to identity opportunities within your existing network.
