Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Business Transformation to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the Finance Deal Management organization.
This role will be responsible for translating business strategy into executable programmes, driving cross-functional delivery, and ensuring measurable business outcomes are achieved across commercial operations, governance, analytics, automation, and process transformation.
The successful candidate will work across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations functions, leading large-scale initiatives that improve how the organisation manages commercial processes, decision-making, operational efficiency, and business performance.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong programme management expertise, stakeholder engagement, governance, organisational change management, and outcome-focused execution.
Role Description
Programme Leadership
- Lead a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across Deal Management.
- Develop and maintain integrated programme roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Establish programme governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution activities.

Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
- Translate business strategy into executable programmes and initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to define priorities, objectives, and success measures.
- Drive prioritisation across competing business demands and resource constraints.
- Ensure programmes remain focused on delivering measurable business value.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Act as the primary coordination point across business and delivery teams.
- Present programme progress, risks, recommendations, and investment requirements to senior stakeholders.
Delivery Oversight
- Oversee multiple project teams and workstreams.
- Ensure delivery is aligned to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Resolve cross-functional challenges and remove delivery barriers.
- Coordinate implementation, adoption, and organisational readiness activities.
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive adoption of new processes, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Develop change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Ensure successful transition from project delivery into business operations.
- Promote continuous improvement across programmes and business functions.

Skill Level Requirements
- 10+ years of programme management experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience establishing programme governance and operating models.
- Demonstrated success managing organisational change and adoption.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience operating across both business and technology environments.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Other Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience required
- 10+ years of experience in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant functional area
- 3+ years of experience in a management position required
- Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
- Ability to travel 25%
The estimated annual pay for this position is £120,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
