We are partnering with a global consulting firm to support the growth of its CIO Advisory practice. The team works across technology and business strategy, advising clients on transformation, transaction, and risk initiatives. You will be given the opportunity to work across a wide range of clients which include FTSE listed, Private Equity backed organisations, and founder led businesses.
We are seeking an Associate Director with strong experience across IT strategy, transformation, and complex programme delivery. You will need to have consulting experience.

The Role
You will lead and deliver client engagements across:
- IT due diligence: supporting M&A, carve-outs, and integrations through robust technology assessments
- Business and technology transformation: advising on cloud, SaaS, and enterprise application modernisation
- Project and programme assurance: ensuring major IT initiatives deliver on time, budget, and expected value

Experience Needed
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and transformation programmes
- Exposure or desire to support deal projects that in due diligence, integration, & separation.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical risk into commercial insight
- Track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes
