Change Specialists is expanding its Associate Director network and is seeking commercially credible professionals to help introduce organisations to our business transformation and digital change consultancy.
This opportunity is designed for senior leaders, fractional executives, independent consultants, and portfolio professionals who have built trusted relationships over many years and want to create an additional income stream alongside their existing business.
The Opportunity
As an Associate Director, you will act as a trusted ambassador for Change Specialists, identifying organisations that could benefit from our expertise in business transformation, digital change, organisational design, technology, operational improvement, and programme delivery.
